Referrer Rewards

1. The referrer will receive a £30 voucher.
2. When you spend the £30 voucher, the value of your order must be greater than £30 and only one voucher can be used per order.
3. Value of voucher must be used in one transaction and no change or credit will be given for unused vouchers.
4. Voucher cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions.
5. Vouchers are not transferable.
6. Cannot be redeemed at a show or event.
7. Our standard terms and conditions of trade apply.
8. In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be (i) a new customer to Flint & Flame UK (ii) be over the age of 18 (iii) meet the conditions of their reward.
9. The referrer must be an existing Flint & Flame UK customer.
10. In order to share this offer, the referrer must be over the age of 18.
11. Rewards will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Flint & Flame UK, multiple rewards will be delivered to the referrer, subject to a limit.
12. Rewards will be delivered to the referrer two days after the day of the referred friend’s purchase provided the referred friend’s purchase is not cancelled.
13. The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and when the reward has been earned.
14. Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
15. Rewards will be valid for 12 months from the date earned by the referrer.
16. Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
17. Flint & Flame UK reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.
18. Flint & Flame UK reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
19. By entering the email address of your friend or family member, you are confirming that you have obtained his/her consent to receive the offer from us and that he/she is over 18.
20. Please note, you will be identified as the person who has made this recommendation in the email to your friend.

Referred Friend Rewards

1. The Referred friend is offered a 40% discount off our retail pricing, subject to a minimum spend of £50, when they place their first order.
2. This excludes all other offers and discount codes that may exist at the time.
3. In order to qualify for the reward, the referred friend must be a new customer to Flint & Flame  UK, and over the age of 18.
4. Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
5. The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral, and our referral system will automatically spot such attempts and revoke any rewards due.
6. Referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
7. Purchasers must be 18 years or over. Delivery to UK addresses and Channel Islands (excluding BFPO addresses).
8. We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. There are no limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer, however our system automatically monitors all accounts for possible fraudulent activity, and we reserve the right to revoke Rewards, or withdraw access to our Referral Program entirely, if fraudulent activity is discovered.
