3.5″ Paring Knife

8″ Santoku
The bigger brother of the 6” Santoku. Being that little bit bigger, it will do a little bit more of the work for you. A better tool suited for your cabbages, swedes and squashes.
Having a longer blade means you saw at your food less, less strokes = less work. A great all-rounder.
9” Offset Bread Knife
Slightly different to most bread knives, this employs what is known as a rolling serration or scalloped blade. This yields a much cleaner cut, as opposed to a rough tear, which is what you often get with typical models.
The unique shape gives the user more knuckle clearance, making it easier to finish slicing the bread anywhere on the board. The knife is designed with serration on both sides of the blade, suiting both left- and right-handed cooks.
