“We’re regularly asked if we do a knife smaller than the 6″ Santoku but larger than the 5″ Utility knife and so this new 5” Santoku was created to bridge that gap.
It has the same sized handle as the Utility knife, so it’s lighter but still has all the slicing, chopping and mincing capabilities of a Santoku.
