Fried Chicken Noodles by Simon Marshall


 

Ingredients

  • 600 g Boneless Chicken
  • 1 tbs Garlic & Ginger Paste
  • 4 tbs Soy Sauce
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 1 Red Pepper\
  • 3 Carrots
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 4 Eggs
  • 300g Fresh Egg Noodles
  • 4 Spring Onion (optional)

Method

  1. Marinade Chicken with Garlic & Ginger Paste and Soy Sauce.
  2. Chop all Veg in small uniformed cuts.
  3. Fry an Omelette and chop into small pieces.
  4. Stir Fry Marinated Chicken until cooked and out aside.
  5. Stir all Veg and set aside.
  6. Heat a little oil in Wok, add Chicken, Veg, Noodles and a touch of Soy Sauce. Stir Fry for 2 Minutes constantly stirring.
  7. Top with chopped Omelette and spring onions.
  8. Serve with a drizzle of Garlic Sauce
