Carriers and Delivery Requirements

For orders that contain knives or sharp items, and larger items, such as knife blocks and cookware sets, we use DPD.

In the case of knives and knife sets, proof of age will be required upon delivery, inline with UK laws regarding the online sales of knives.

Orders of accessory items that do not include any knives or sharp items, will be sent via Royal Mail and do not require any proof of age.

Charges – UK Mainland

Orders sent by DPD for knives, knife sets and sharp items are charged at £6.95.

Orders sent by Royal Mail for cookware and accessories are charged at £3.50.

Free delivery on orders over £150.

Charges – Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Islands 

Orders sent by DPD for knives, knife sets and sharp items are charged at £14.95.

Orders sent by Royal Mail for cookware and accessories are charged at £3.50.

Free delivery on orders over £250.

Dispatch Times

Items in stock will often be dispatched within 24 hours of order, however, at busier times please allow 2-5 working days.

Engraved items will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of ordering.

Certain items will be available to purchase on a ‘pre-order’ or ‘backorder’ basis and for such items dispatch times will vary. Estimated times will be quoted for each individual item and will be updated where possible.
