Snowdonia Cheese Co. Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over, resident in the United Kingdom.
1.2 Employees of Snowdonia Cheese Co. and Flint & Flame and anyone else directly connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete and submit the entry form on the prize draw web page – https://www.flintandflame.co.uk/snowdonia-cheese-co-christmas-prize-draw/
2.2 Entries must be received by midnight, Thursday 5th December. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. Prize

3.1 The prize for the draw is a Snowdonia Cheese Co. Christmas Cheese & Port Wicker Hamper, plus a Flint & Flame Cheese Board, with 5” Cheese Knife and Waiter’s Friend.
3.2 There is one prize, which is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received, using a computer-generated random draw system.
4.2 The draw will take place on Friday 6th December.

5. Notification of Winner

5.1 The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the draw.
5.2 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection

6.1 Personal data collected during the Prize Draw shall be processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Snowdonia Cheese Co. and Flint & Flame accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment incurred as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.

9. General

9.1 Snowdonia Cheese Co. and Flint & Flame reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2 Any changes to the Prize Draw will be announced on social media, and by email.
