Fried Chicken Noodles by Simon Marshall
Ingredients
- 600 g Boneless Chicken
- 1 tbs Garlic & Ginger Paste
- 4 tbs Soy Sauce
- 200 g Broccoli
- 1 Red Pepper\
- 3 Carrots
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 4 Eggs
- 300g Fresh Egg Noodles
- 4 Spring Onion (optional)
Method
- Marinade Chicken with Garlic & Ginger Paste and Soy Sauce.
- Chop all Veg in small uniformed cuts.
- Fry an Omelette and chop into small pieces.
- Stir Fry Marinated Chicken until cooked and out aside.
- Stir all Veg and set aside.
- Heat a little oil in Wok, add Chicken, Veg, Noodles and a touch of Soy Sauce. Stir Fry for 2 Minutes constantly stirring.
- Top with chopped Omelette and spring onions.
- Serve with a drizzle of Garlic Sauce
