If you love your Flint & Flame products (and we very much hope you do!), there’s a simple way to refer friends and family and get a £30 reward voucher each time someone makes a purchase.

Those that you refer will get a huge 40% discount when they spend £50 or more in our online shop using your unique referral link.

What’s more, there’s no limit to the amount of people you can refer, and no limit to the amount of rewards you can earn.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how our referral program works…

Sign-up to start referring!

1.  Anytime you make a purchase from our online shop, you’ll see a pop-up inviting you to start referring and earning. You can also find the same invite by clicking the red ‘Refer a friend’ button from inside your account.
2. Join our referral program by entering your email address and name, then click the red ‘Get invite link’ button.
3. You’ll now see a screen with your unique referral URL, which you can copy and send to anyone you like. Don’t worry, if you’re not ready to refer right away, you’ll also receive an email with all these details.
4. Below your unique link, you’ll also see a number of icons that quickly let you share your unique URL via Facebook, WhatsApp, X, Email and more.
5. At the top of the screen you’ll see a red ‘Your Rewards’ link which, if you click, will allow you to set a password so that you can check on the progress of your referrals, and track the rewards you’ve earned.

Here’s how your friends and family get their discount…

1. Once you’ve made a referral, either by manually sharing your unique URL, or by using one of the many quick referral icons, your friend or family member will receive their 40% discount code.
2. They simply need to click the ‘Shop’ button or link they see in their email, message, or post, a and that will take them to our online shop, where they can choose what they want to buy.
3. At the checkout, all they need to do is enter their referral code and they’ll see a 40% discount applied to their basket. They can then complete their purchase, and we’ll take care of delivery.

It’s time for you to get rewarded!

1. Once your friend or family member has placed their order, you’ll get an email letting you know. Then, once we’ve processed the order and it’s out for delivery, you’ll receive a second email with your £30 voucher reward.
2. You’ll also be able to track your rewards by logging in to your referral account using the password you created earlier. You can do this from your initial email, or by clicking the ‘Refer a Friend’ button inside your Flint & Flame account area and entering your details.
